How does SLAPPA calculate shipping costs?
We offer the lowest pricing possible to cover the cost of shipping our product to you. In fact, we tend to undercut the shipper's prices in order to offer our customers the fairest pricing possible. SLAPPA does not make a profit on the shipping costs charged to online customers.
We are working very hard to increase our distribution to retail stores all over the world in order to make SLAPPA products locally available to everyone.

Does SLAPPA offer special discounts for high quantity orders?

Where do I enter my discount/gift certificate code?
After you have added the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, click "Check Out". After entering your billing and shipping information you will come to a page labeled "Review and Submit Your Order". Enter your discount code or gift certificate code into the field labeled "Coupon Code" and click "Apply". The appropriate amount will be deducted from your order.
What is a preorder?
When SLAPPA introduces a new product, we like to offer our customers a chance to be the first to receive this product at a special discounted price. The ship date listed next to the product description shows when all preorders will be shipped to our customers. The ship date is also the date that the product will no longer be offered at the special discounted price.

How do I correct my order after it's already been submitted?
If you have already submitted your order and believe that your order information was incorrectly entered or any other error has occurred, please contact SLAPPA Customer Service immediately. We are always happy to assist our customers with the correction any billing issues that may occur, as well as making item adjustments to their order before it is sent out from our distribution center. Please note, most orders take 1-2 business days to process before being fulfilled.

Do I need to send a copy of my photo I.D.?
For orders that are shipping inside the USA or to Canada you do NOT need to send us a copy of your photo identification. However, for all orders that are going to ship outside of the USA or Canada we require that you send us a copy of your photo identification. After talking with Visa, MasterCard and PayPal we learned that they do very little to protect customers from fraudulent card use, and they do NOTHING to protect us. We were told specifically that the only way to insure stolen cards were not being used by customers outside the USA and Canada, was to obtain a copy of the cardholders photo identification. While this may be a bit inconvenient, it is a way for us to help you insure that your card is NOT being used for unauthorized charges. Once we receive your photo identification, we verify it against your card details and then destroy the copy of the identification.

After Placing Your Order
How do I track my order?
Once you have successfully completed your purchase on www.SLAPPA.com, our system will send you an e-mail confirmation (so make sure you give us the correct e-mail address). In your e-mail confirmation there will be an active link that will take you to your order and show you your tracking details. There are some instances when we use USPS to ship orders and in these few cases, you will not be able to track your package from your customer record and will instead need to contact us at (704)676-4891.
I received my SLAPPA order, but there is an item missing from the shipment.
If a product is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service department by submitting a support ticket from Your Account or by calling (704)676-4891 and a representative will make sure the missing item is shipped out to you as soon as possible.

What are d2 pockets?
d2 pockets are a patented SLAPPA design that allow you to ditch the jewel cases and store your discs with their cover art. A windowed front pocket allows you to store the cover art in plain view for easy identification and a separate fully-lined pocket is provided to store your disc.
d2 pockets are hand-stitched, not heat-sealed like most CD storage pockets. This means they will not separate with use, as many CD storage pockets will do. A super soft, scratchless fabric is used in each layer of our d2 pockets, so that a CD can be safely stored in any pocket.
Is it safe to store discs in the front storage spaces of the d2 pockets?
You can safely store discs in the front and rear spaces of the d2 pockets. SLAPPA uses polypropylene for the clear windows on the front pockets, which will not stick to your discs and damage them.
Most other companies use PVC for the clear viewing windows on their disc storage pockets, which will stick to your discs and damage the music and/or data stored on them.
How many discs can I store in my SLAPPA CD case?
Our CD cases are offered in a range of sizes which include the following disc capacities, 40, 80, 160, 240, 360, and 600. Our d2 pocket design allows you to store your discs in 2 different ways. If you would like to display your CD's with their cover art, the 40 CD case will hold 20 CDs and 20 covers, the 80 CD case will hold 40 CDs and 40 covers, and so on. However, if you do not wish to use this storage method or haven't held on to all of the covers for your discs, the 40 CD case can store up to 40 discs in the separate pockets provided, the 80 CD case can store up to 80 discs, etc.
What is CORE3 Technology?
SLAPPA's ShockShell case for the iPod mini features CORE3 Technology, which refers to the design and materials used to construct the case. 3 layers make up the body of the ShockShell, which include a super-soft EVA inner lining, an aluminum middle layer and an outer layer of rubberized PVC.
The combination of these materials provides a rigid case that shields your player from bumps and drops, but it also provides a highly tactile feel and stylish look that can match any personality.
What is zSuede?
SLAPPA's zSuede is a special fabric that shares the luxurious look and feel of real suede without the high maintenance qualities of real leather. It can be easily cleaned with a soft suede brush or sticky tape to remove any dust or dirt that may have accumulated with use.
What is BuckBlast suede?
SLAPPA's BuckBlast suede is an extremely rugged PVC material that is rainproof and puncture-proof providing secure protection for all of your gear when your on the road. It is very easy to care for and can be easily cleaned with water and a soft cloth.
What is PRO-grade scubaprene?
SLAPPA's special PRO-grade scubaprene is a rainproof fabric with a slight stretch that is very similar to neoprene. SLAPPA uses an extra thick grade of scubaprene to provide adequate cushioning and protection for all of your gear. It is easily cleaned with water and a soft cloth.
