Warranty & Return Information
SLAPPA provides, for all orders placed at www.SLAPPA.com or www.SLAPPA.ca, a lifetime warranty. How it works: If anytime during the first year you own the product, there is a problem with the product due to manufacturer's defect, SLAPPA will repair or replace your product at no cost. We pay for the shipping (back and forth) and pay for the repair or replacement. SLAPPA maintains the right to determine if a problem is or is not due to manufacturers defect.
If, ANYTIME after the first year, you have ANY problem with your SLAPPA product, SLAPPA will provide you with a replacement at 50% off the MSRP. If the product can be repaired we will repair if for you for a small charge (depending on the issue). In this case, you pay for the shipping back and forth.
SLAPPA reserves the right to distinguish damage resulting from customer neglect or use outside of the stated general purpose for SLAPPA products will void the free repair/replacement - but you are still eligible for 50% off MSRP. SLAPPA has the right to refuse any warranty claims it deems void.
360 Day Manufacturer Warranty
All products purchased from an authorized SLAPPA reseller comes with a 360 day warranty against manufacturers defect. SLAPPA will repair or replace at no charge, any product that is damaged due to manufacturers defect. Original sales receipt issued by the original "authorized SLAPPA reseller" must be provided for valid warranty. If you do not have an original sales receipt OR if you did not purchase your SLAPPA product from an authorized reseller, your warranty will be void. Any damage resulting from customer neglect or use outside of the stated general purpose for SLAPPA products will void the 360-day warranty. SLAPPA has the right to refuse any warranty claims it deems void.

No Hassle Product Returns & Exchanges
Any item purchased from SLAPPA.com or SLAPPA.ca may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date*. ALL RETURN REQUESTS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Please e-mail SLAPPA.HQ@SLAPPA.com to obtain a return authorization, clearly stating the reason why you want to return the product(s). Once you have received a Return Authorization, items to be returned should be sent to:

*Please note that if the return is NOT because of a manufacturing defect, (a) Product must be in original, unused condition for a refund or exchange, (b) Items, including packaging (string tags, hang tags and poly bags), returned in less than perfect condition will be denied a refund, (c) SLAPPA charges a restocking fee of 15% of the original product value paid. PLUS, the customer is responsible for shipping cost to ship product back to SLAPPA. (d) SLAPPA retains all rights to refuse any return.
