I've had 2 Lowepro backpacks and they are not bad, but this backpack is a step up in class. The materials of the bag, the zippers and the inner lining are simply superior. Also Slappa's customer service is outstanding. I spoke with Barb on the phone for nearly 20 minutes, asking so many questions and she took the time to help me out and make a decision as to which backpack was the best fit for me. I'm very impressed with the product and the company and happily receommend Slappa to anyone who needs a quality backpack

I've been using camera bags/backpacks for nearly 20 years. I've used Lowepro, Kata, Tamrac--LOTS of different brands. The one thing I hate about most all camera bags is they are very expensive and it seems most bag manufacturers are simply taking advantage of the fact that photographers want to protect their equipment While most of these manufacturers I've listed make good quality products, their prices are ridiculous. So, on the suggestion of a friend, I tried Slappa. This bag, bar none, is great quality and for it's price is the best camera backpack on the market. I can get 2 bodies, 3 lenses, 2 filters, light meter, cords and my laptop in here--EASILY. I highly recommend this bag.

I bought this backpack 2 years ago and it is a little beast. It easily carries my 2 laptops (and I could fit 2 more in there) and all the little pockets and storage areas allow me to get tons of cords and other things in the bag. I have a Swiss Gear bag that is ok and a Jansport that I use to go to the gym, but I can say in all honesty this Slappa backpack is much better than these other 2 packs in terms of build quality, padding and storage areas.

you guys are great! I was turned onto you by a dj friend who uses your cases, so when I checked out your site I bought this backpack and it really is a great product. the quality is outstanding (better then my hiking backpack that cost me nearly $200). I wish you guys would start making hiking backpacks because I would expect you would be better than what is out there now. You have a life long customer in me. And thanks to Barbara for the excellent customer service--I asked her 100 questions and she answered them all with patience and was so nice on the phone!!

I'm using this backpack + the Green Manalishi sleeve as my Laptop/misc office bag. I like the fact the bag was build to handle heavy abuse. I chose this over other products because it appeared and is a better built bag at a fraction of the cost. I would and already have reccommended Slappa to others.

My name is Paul from Eufaula,AL. I have a Toshiba qosmio 870. this is a 18.4 inch screen.17.5 long,12.0 high, and 1.5 thick. I'm really picky about wanting well made nice things.Slappa has floored me with their product!alot nicer in person.well stitched,well thought out. my laptop fits perfect in the ballistics sleeve AND while in the 18 inch sleeve it fits perfect in the 17 inch hard case with a well padded arm strap. I'm so impressed with this product that I'm 39 years old and this is the first review Ive ever given.CANT GO WRONG !!!!!

This bag is really fantastic. I had a Tumi backpack for 5 years and when the strap started to tear I began my search for a replacement. I can say with 100% certainty that this backpack is every bit as good as my Tumi, and it's $250 cheaper!! I'm not someone who buys on price and always wants the best, and I really do feel this bag is up there with the best, and if you compare price it is unequivocally the best you'll find out there. I strongly recommend this backpack.

Due to my body type, the backpack did no ''fit'' me, but the return process and the great service almost made up for my disappointment. Will recommend you to my friends.

I want to give it a 10 but aesthetically it could be a little better. Quality is excellent. The little details like the zippers and the padding and the plastic feet on the outside are great. Maybe some feel these little touches are overkill but I think it denotes excellent quality. Great price for a bag this well made.

I have been using this bag for about a month now and while I would love it if it had more of a ''female'' look, I have to say, this is such a well built bag with LOTS of room. I use this for my back and forth to school, easily carrying my laptop, books and sneakers. On another note, the customer service is outstanding!!! I wish every other company cared about service the way Slappa does.

This backpack is perfect for my needs. Tons of room in the main section for books and shoes, a dedicated laptop section, tons of room for iphone and DS and best of all the quality is outstanding. I love the zippers and the back pad (your hand is a cool logo and comfortable). I had no idea this was 2 bags in one. The inner bag is perfect for as a toiletry bag. I know this bag seems a bit expensive, but once you have it in your hands you'll feel it is a great value for the price. You really can't compare this to Targus or Case Logic because it's a much higher quality product. If you compare this to Tom Bin or Timbuk 2 then to me it's a no brainer, this bag offers far more quality for the same price.

I never take the time to respond to reviews or questionnaires, but I was so happy with my experience that I wanted to let others know about this backpack and this company. I had questions...many questions...and Dominick patiently answered my many emails and helped me decide on this Protour backpack. I received the backpack about 15 days ago and I love it. the quality of the materials, zipper grippers and padding are excellent. I believe this bag is worth more then the $89 I paid for it on special. I'm now a loyal, lifelong Slappa customer
