SLAPPA calculates shipping based on the total package weight. All prices below are quoted in U.S. dollars ($).

Ground shipping typically takes 7-10 days. International Shipping typically takes 12-15 days. Please note that we do NOT accept orders that originate from and/or ship to Indonesia. Products will ship from either our USA (Charlotte, North Carolina - 28217) warehouse or our Hong Kong warehouse. Each product ordered from our www.SLAPPA.com website is individually bagged in a SLAPPA drawstring bag and then packed in a cardboard shipping carton. A $2.25 handling fee will be applied to all orders under $100. Any customs costs or import duties will be borne by customer.

RISK OF LOSS: If a package is lost, SLAPPA will file the required claim to our shipper. We will resend your order to you immediately once we are informed by the shipper that the shipment is in fact lost. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, and require you use either your home or office address, where someone will be present to accept the package.
