Warranty & Return Information

180-day Warranty

SLAPPA's 180-day warranty provides the customer with a replacement product for goods reported damaged within 180 days of the original purchase date. The 180-day warranty only covers damage due to manufacturers defects. Any damage resulting from customer neglect or use outside of the stated general purpose for SLAPPA products will void the 180-day warranty. SLAPPA has the right to refuse any warranty claims it deems void.

Original sales receipt issued by the original "authorized SLAPPA reseller" must be provided for valid warranty.

All products purchased directly from SLAPPA.com, SLAPPA.ca & SLAPPA.co.uk are warranted automatically. Ths warranty begins one week after shipment of order leaves the SLAPPA warehouse and extends 360 days thereafter. The 360-day warranty only covers damage due to manufacturers defects. Any damage resulting from customer neglect or use outside of the stated general purpose for SLAPPA products will void the 360-day warranty. SLAPPA has the right to refuse any warranty claims it deems void.




SLAPPA Product Returns & Exchanges

SLAPPA provides a 30 day return policy for all customers who purchase SLAPPA products on the website. SLAPPA will provide its web customers with a credit equal to the product amount as paid by the customer (less any shipping or customer discounts granted to the customer) at the time of original sale. This credit can be used for purchase of any other SLAPPA products that are offered on the website. SLAPPA Distribution, LLC does not guarantee the availability of the products on its website.

ALL RETURN REQUESTS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. The SLAPPA 30 day return policy is not valid for any products damaged by misuse or abuse.

Please e-mail customer.service@slappa.com to obtain a return authorization, clearly stating the reason why you want to return the product(s). Once you have received a Return Authorization, items to be returned should be sent to:

Please note that if the return is NOT because of a manufacturing defect, (a) Product must be in original, unused condition for an exchange or store credit, (b) SLAPPA will NOT provide a refund but will instead issue a credit that could be used for another item(s) on SLAPPA.com, (c) SLAPPA will not credit back any shipping charges or costs, (d) SLAPPA will charge a $5.00 restocking fee per item.
